I am Jamé Elis

If you don't already know me, my name is Jamé Elis, and I am a world-renowned dancer, actress, and coach. Over the years, I've helped thousands of women embrace their Inner Goddess power. My journey began with humble beginnings, training to be the best athlete and scholar I could be. By the age of 15, I was already coaching, thanks to the encouragement of my mentors who saw my potential.
Fast forward 25+ years, life has taught me countless lessons. Although I started college, I quickly realized I was destined for something more. My passion for dance led me to conventions where I gained invaluable experience and built essential networks. This opened my eyes to the possibility of entrepreneurship. I transitioned from a $15-an-hour customer service job to becoming a high school performing arts teacher, where I truly recognized the value of my gifts,
Encouraged by friends and family, I launched my own dance school. In 2008, I founded my production company, creating opportunities for both new and veteran dancers to teach and perform alongside some of today's biggest superstars. While my journey began in Pittsburgh, I felt the need to expand, so I moved to Los Angeles with my son to reach new heights.
Los Angeles was a revelation—the culture, the diversity, the freedom—it was unlike anything I'd experienced. I became captivated by the environment and began teaching pole dance.
Witnessing the healing and empowerment in my students through dance led me to a deeper connection with myself. Within a year, I was featured on TV and collaborated with some of the industry's biggest icons—a true blessing!
Despite loving my work, single motherhood brought its challenges. Overwhelmed and frustrated at times, I turned to yoga, breathwork, and dance for healing. These practices kept me grounded and empowered me to provide an abundant life for my son and myself. Through my journey, I facilitated the transformation of many others—new marriages, babies, financial success, and overall better lives.
This inspired me to create the FLOWTUS Method, designed to help women everywhere unlock their Goddess power.
