JAMÉ ELISE METHOD
PERFORMANCE ACCELERATOR

6-Week In-Person Series • Wednesdays 10AM–12PM

A structured movement and performance training experience for artists ready to elevate their presence, refine their style, and begin stepping into their work more seriously.

This 6-week accelerator is designed to move you beyond taking class—and into developing your identity, confidence, and direction as a performer.

WHO THIS IS FOR

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE READY TO:

  • Have experience with movement, dance, or pole
    • Want to refine your performance quality and presence
    • Are ready to take your artistry more seriously
    • Feel called to be seen, expressed, and potentially paid for your work

INSIDE THE 6 WEEKS, WE FOCUS ON:

  • Choreography + performance training (floor + pole)
    • Movement quality, control, and transitions
    • Presence, expression, and camera awareness
    • Developing your personal style and artistic identity
    • Introduction to positioning yourself as a performer

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT:

This is not just learning choreography.

You are being trained to:
• Understand how you move
• Refine how you are seen
• Begin thinking like a working artist

BY THE END OF THE SERIES, YOU WILL:

Perform with more confidence, control, and intention
• Have a clearer sense of your movement style
• Understand how to show up on camera and in performance
• Begin to see how your artistry can translate into opportunity
