Service Description
EROTIC SPIN LOW FLOW is for accomplished, high profile Dancers, Coaches, Creatives and Entrepreneurs and Entertainers who are ready to increase their sex appeal on or off the stage. Learn a stylized pole routine designed to increase your pole movements and muscle memory. This class strives to improve your grace, lines and freedom of expression with the use of dynamic and contrasting moves on the pole. Routines will combine beg/inter tricks and low base work /floor work in an artistic piece while most importantly adding your own personality. Each participant is seen by Jamé and receives direct, one-on-one feedback. Knee Pads and Heels Mandatory
