Standard shipping orders under $29.99 will be charged for $4.99. Orders over $29.99 will be free (before tax)

Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to according to standard delivery  procedures.

For undelivered solution:

Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake,  severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by JE Apparel to decrease your losses. 
 

For expedited shipping service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 months of shipment. Our representatives of customer service will get back to you offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed. 

 

All returns will be refunded via store credit in a form of an E- Gift Card code

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery date.

Items with prices ending in $.00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. 
 

JE Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in- transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
